Issa: "Keeps the Zagreb office running smoothly."

"You notice every hour that she isn't there," says a colleague about Issa.

Issa manages our managers: she always knows where they are, organizes all of their business trips and is a contact person for Croatian clients. Those entering Roland Berger's offices in the centre of Zagreb are greeted by her friendly smile.

She is also responsible for our marketing activities and the web site.

Issa, who studied German and anthropology at the University of Zagreb, keeps the Zagreb office running smoothly. After she graduated from university, she first spent a year teaching German to the employees of a major German company in Croatia. Although she misses teaching, Issa is glad that she can use her language skills on a daily basis at the office.

All of her free time Issa spends with her family.
