Falb: "Affecting the economy and government."

"After successfully opening offices in other Central and Eastern European countries, we were one of the first to enter the Croatian market. Over the past eight years we have had quite an impact on the private and public sectors and on the government. Our European background gives us an especially keen understanding of the situation in Croatia," says Roland Falb, Austrian, 48.

As Managing Partner, he oversees Roland Berger's Southeastern European office.

For over ten years he has been in strategy consulting and knows it like the back of his hand. He has experience in fields as diverse as consumer goods and trade, media and IT, infrastructure, and operations strategy.

Roland Falb studied technical and industrial engineering in Graz, Austria, where he completed his doctorate. Afterwards he worked for a large Austrian brewery, first in leading sales positions, and later as an HR manager.
