Dean Lončar

Dean Lončar was born in Zagreb on February 19, 1974.

After finishing high school, he started working for Croatian Radio Television and began painting. A member of the "Grupa 69" artist association, Lončar has had 6 solo exhibitions and 30 group exhibitions in Croatia and abroad.

Lončar's chosen media are acrylic paint and sand. He describes himself as a transformer of the energy that flows through him, which he channels onto the canvas. He enjoys full painting freedom and is not bound to forms of any kind. Through the combination of energy transformation and the creation of relief, the paintings give the impression of insight into other dimensions.
