Tanja: "Combination of warm Dalmatian temper and continental cold in the decision."

After completing secondary school in Split, Tanja enrolled the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb where she graduated majoring analysis and business planning. During her studies, she worked briefly as an analyst in Cemex Croatia, as well as a student assistant on her home faculty for a longer period of time. Her outstanding results and extra-curricular activities assured her several scholarships for academic excellence, while her expressed desire for improvement and work in a dynamic environment led her in the Roland Berger immediately after graduation.

Temper of her native Dalmatia Tanja indicates in her work through enthusiasm and passion for every new project. Expressed quantitative and analytical skills, as well as commitment to solving problems, make Tanja important part of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants team.

In her free time, Tanja enjoys travelling, as well as spending time at sea and with her friends.
