Nikola

Consultant

Nikola: "Our support for the expansion in the region."

Nikola lived in Berlin between 1995 and 1997, where he went to a British school in a class with 17 people and 13 nationalities. Upon returning to Belgrade, where he went to grammar school and started his studies, his wish was to return to Germany and again enjoy the international environment in the heart of Europe. He went on to study in Cologne, with a scholarship program for high potentials from central and eastern Europe. His new family was made up of people from, among others, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania and Germany, of course.

Following the idea that people should use their potential and experience acquired outside Serbia to the benefit of their own country, he returned to Belgrade upon graduation and after a couple of most challenging internships, among others with Deutsche Bank and Siemens. He started working for the KfW on a capital market development project at the Ministry of Finance and then joined Roland Berger as the first consultant from Serbia supporting company's further expansion in the region.

Professionally, he would like to develop further into a top strategy consultant and to enjoy the diversity of challenges. At times when he is taking a break from his devoted business life, he would most like to travel around visiting his friends and to welcome them in Belgrade.
