"Kristina makes every topic her own and quickly becomes a part of every project team."

Two of Kristina's strongest characteristics are her open-mindedness and flexibility. The sunny and open mentality of her home region of Istria probably contributed to these aspects of her personality. Kristina spent three years in Germany while still in school.

In the course of her university studies in management at the Business University of Rijeka, she won a Copernicus award, which allowed her to spend six months in Hamburg. During her time there, she completed an internship with Unilever. Her other internships range from a travel office to Henkel. She came to Roland Berger directly after graduation.

Kristina's hobbies include squash, badminton and Pilates, and she enjoys shopping and spending time with friends.
