M&A activities in Southeastern Europe - A Roland Berger Report
The second annual snapshot study on M&A activities in Southeastern Europe (SEE) shows that M&A activity has noticeably slowed down in 2008 compared to 2007, percentually almost double the amount than European activity (-46 % vs. -20 %). Deal sizes remain rather constant, with Bulgaria being the most interesting country for acquisitions and Serbia (by deal size) and Bulgaria (by number of deals) being the most active acquirer countries.
