Roland Berger Strategy Consultants is proud to host the Consulting Case Competition in Croatia, the Case Challenge Zagreb 2011. This is a unique opportunity to work on a business case with leading global strategy consultants.

Business problem solving and finding the optimal solution is the daily work of each consultant in Roland Berger. As company, we consult top management and owners on an everyday basis. Therefore we are looking for people who like to solve problems, who want to constantly develop and are structured as well as analytical. We also believe that its character that creates impact. At the Case Challenge Zagreb 2011, event participants will form teams of four and go through a basic case analysis workshop conducted by Roland Berger consultants. They will then be given 8 hours with which to read, analyze and solve a business case, compiling disciplines such as finance, marketing and strategy.

Through the Case Challenge Zagreb 2011, Roland Berger would like to provide a stage for students to show their analytical and presentation skills by applying them to real-life business issues. Participants are also handed an extraordinary networking opportunity to interact with university members. Finally, the Case Challenge Zagreb 2011 will serve as a recruitment platform through which Roland Berger will identify outstanding individuals that demonstrate a strong intellectual capacity and the right learning attitude.
